MCP Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using the Bila UiTM Cuti public API or MCP server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The API and MCP server provide read-only access to academic calendar and public holiday information. Tools issue GET requests only; nothing can be changed through MCP. Authentication is not required for public reads.

Disclaimer

Data is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not affiliated with UiTM. You are responsible for verifying dates and schedules before relying on them for academic, travel, or legal decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or overload the service.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to scrape at abusive volume.
Do not misrepresent the service as an official UiTM product.

Rate limits

Public endpoints are rate limited per IP. Excessive use may result in temporary 429 responses. See Rate limits in Getting Started.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Bila UiTM Cuti are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the API or MCP server.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
